Private tuition is offered by an experienced maths teacher who taught very successfully for nearly 30 years at Newquay Tretherras Academy and has now taken early retirement (DBS ref.000970908289).
Students attend one-to-one maths lessons in my study at Bonython Road, Newquay.
Maths is one of the most important subjects a pupil studies during their school/college years. A thorough knowledge of the subject is essential if the pupil is to achieve a high grade. Also, good Maths grades are valued very highly by universities when considering a student’s application.
Pupils can make considerable progress in one-to-one situations. Difficulties can be overcome quickly and areas of concern can be highlighted by employing a patient and friendly approach.
